PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery time

The delivery time for goods that can be delivered immediately is 3-7 days within Germany. For orders of 20 individual pieces or more, delivery is made by agreement. If a product is not in stock, this can result in a delivery time of up to 3 or 4 weeks.

Prices, shipping costs

The prices include the applicable statutory value added tax.

Shipping costs according to the shipping method requested by the customer within Germany, Austria and the EU are automatically calculated and displayed in our online shop and are additional. At Pit Fyfties Design by Dimmy Pat you can choose between standard shipping and express shipping.

Standard shipping within Germany is charged at € 5.99, free delivery from € 100.

Standard shipping to Austria is charged at € 16.99, free delivery from € 150.

Your order will arrive within 3-7 working days. You can choose express delivery when completing your order for € 18.90. Express shipping is only possible within Germany. Express delivery to Austria and within the EU is only possible by agreement. Your package will arrive within 1-3 working days.

Customs duties and taxes outside the EU are also to be borne by the buyer.

The goods are dispatched by post from Monday to Saturday.

Shipping conditions

The dispatch takes place as an insured package, unless otherwise requested by the customer. If this is to be deviated from, this requires an express confirmation from the customer, whereby it must be taken into account that in this case the seller assumes no liability for damage caused by the delivery.

Shipping by express can be agreed, additional costs for this are to be borne by the customer.

The delivery takes place to the delivery address given by the customer.

Delivery

Orders are delivered as soon as possible and depending on the availability of the ordered goods. If Pit Fyfties Design by Dimmy Pat cannot meet the confirmed delivery dates, the client must grant a reasonable grace period. If the grace period expires without success, the client can withdraw from the contract. Deliveries that have already been ordered and accepted up to this point must be paid for by the buyer in any case.

In the event of force majeure or the impossibility of delivery due to third-party negligence, we shall not be liable for non-performance. Payments made in advance are to be reimbursed by the seller.

Obviously damaged goods, complaint about damaged goods

Upon receipt of damaged goods or packages, the damage must be reported to the responsible delivery service immediately, as no recourse can be made afterwards. The buyer undertakes to do everything possible to be able to claim an insurance benefit.

Pay

Payment can be made according to the payment methods suggested in the ordering process and under the mentioned conditions there.

If payment is made by bank transfer, credit card payment or PayPal, the order will be sent after the corresponding amount has been credited to our account and depending on the delivery time (order status) communicated in the order confirmation. The start of the delivery time is set with the receipt of the transfer.

If payment by cash on delivery is selected, payment will only be made upon delivery to the corresponding delivery service, in addition to the costs due from the respective provider.

Cash on delivery is currently only offered for Germany and only by prior arrangement. Cash on delivery outside Germany will not be offered.
