1. Categories of data
Pit Fyfties Design by Dimmy Pat undertakes to comply with applicable data protection laws. This includes in particular the non-disclosure of personal data. This includes, for example (but not exclusively) residential and business addresses, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.

a) Log data
Your access to our website is logged with the following data:
• IP address
• The date and time of the request
• Access status of the web server (file transferred, file not found, command not executed)
• Name of the requested file
• URL or provider from / from which the file was requested / the desired function was initiated
• Name and version of the browser and the operating system

It is hosted on the same web server as the website. The website visitor's IP address is anonymized for this purpose and cannot be assigned to specific people. The last number block (the last eight bits) of the IP address is set to "0". The data will not be merged with other data sources. After a statistical evaluation, the log data set is deleted.
Web analysis tools that transmit data to third parties are not used.
c) Cookies
There are several cookies that are absolutely necessary for the use of the shop. These are stored on the user's device when visiting the shop. This includes in particular the session cookies that we only use. These save a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. 2. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
We process personal data to carry out the order. The data collected when you visit our website are required to be able to establish a connection to the website and to ensure system security.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data by us is Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. b DS-GVO.
Our website can usually be used without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
3. Recipients of your data
The data collected from visits to our website are processed by our internet provider server.

4. Storage period
The log data of the web server (web server log files) and the IP address are deleted within 4 months. The session cookies are automatically deleted when you log out or close the browser.

You have the right to information according to Art. 15 DS-GVO, the right to correction according to Art. 16 DS-GVO, the right to deletion according to Art. 17 DS-GVO, the right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 DS- GMO and a right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
